Use 6 tbsp mix to 20 cups of water and 1.5 cups coarse salt for brine. Follow traditional brining recipes or grind to a coarse powder and use as a rub with a ratio of 1 tbsp per 1 pound (1/2 kg) of poultry, pork or beef.
