White Matcha, is produced from selected, high altitude white tea from the lush green Nandi Highlands of equatorial Kenya. White tea is made from the youngest leaves and buds, and it has even more polyphenols than green tea! Our tea plants grow slower at high altitude, which gives them time to develop more complex flavors and aromas, as well as some of the highest antioxidant levels ever recorded for any substance – and nearly 3 times the amount found in premium Japanese green matcha tea!
